Legal & Ip Internship

We are looking for an intern that will report directly to the Legal & IP Counsel of the company.

**Main Responsabilities**:

- Interacting closely with the Sales & Marketing, Operations and R&D departments to understand the specific needs of our activity.
- Supporting contract management process of the legal function.
- Providing daily support to the different business teams and procurement operations by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating NDA´s, collaboration agreements and other recurrent legal documents.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor or master’s degree in law.
- Fluency in English is a must, good command of French or other EU language would be an advantage.
- Interest in Biotech and startup environments.
- International experience, studying, living and working abroad is a nice to have.
