For our Digital Strategy & Transformation Department at our headquarters in Schaffhausen we are looking for a

**PRODUCT OWNER DIGITAL PROJECTS**
**(M/F/X - 100%)**

The Product Owner - Digital Projects will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of our website and mobile app. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital platforms deliver an exceptional user experience and align with our brand's high-quality standards. Furthermore, this role will be in an vivid exchange with the PO Experience and PO Growth.

**Start**: As soon as possible

**Duration**: Permanent

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Define and manage product roadmaps for our website and mobile app, aligning with business objectives and customer needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and prioritize features
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on the most impactful tasks
- Facilitate communication between the development team and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact
- Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and technologies, and incorporate relevant ideas into the product roadmap

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a digital environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Lean Startup and Design Thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Experience in the luxury goods industry is a plus
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German and French is a plus
