**Your future position?**
- As an
- **‘Internal Auditor’ **and a member of an international team, you will perform audits to provide assurance on process risks and related controls and to identify leading practices and improvement opportunities. You will help prepare reports and presentations to Senior Management (e.g. Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Executive Committee, Divisional Management) and update internal audit guidelines, policies and procedures.- While you are in Internal Audit, you will gain insights into the governance, risk management and internal controls of Givaudan sites around the globe. You will also sharpen your critical thinking and analytical skills to prepare for senior positions in the Divisions or Corporate Functions. You will be based in Europe, preferably in Kemptthal, reporting directly to the Group Head of Internal Audit.- You will work for a company that touches billions of consumers more than a hundred times a day. - Internal Audit
- Review business processes and projects to confirm that they comply with policies, procedures, laws and regulations and are aligned with established plans and goals.
- Provide advice and support on process effectiveness, risks, controls and governance.
- Share best practices with business management and process owners.
- Present reports to management that reflect the audit’s results.
- Update audit guide and risk and control matrix based on audit experience or agreement on process owner.
Risk Management
- Contribute to the improvement of risk management, controls and governance.
Project Management
- Provide improvement projects supporting the internal audit strategy.
- Undertake special audits (e.g. specific process reviews) or projects for the Board of Directors, Audit Committee or Executive Committee when needed.

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, business, finance, accounting or a relevant discipline.
- 2+ years of financial and/or audit experience through public accounting/auditing and/or industry experience. Prior audit experience with one of the Big 4 will be advantageous.
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments will be advantageous.
- Excellent experience with SAP (SD, CO, FI) and SAP-BI.
- Prior experience in the Fragrance or Flavour industry will be advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working and collaborating with diverse teams and cultures.
- Proficient in the English language. Additional oral proficiency in either French and/or Spanish will be advantageous.
- Willing to travel intensively for audits up to 50% of the time.
