My client is a company active in the rental of workspace with an international presence in over 900 cities. The goal of the company is to create the best working conditions for their clients in an inspiring environment.

Today, they are looking for a Community Associate for the opening of a new workspace in Bern. You will be under the management of The Community Sales Manager. Your role will be mainly to welcome customers and ensure the proper functioning of the center

**Descriptif des tâches**:
Front Desk & Customer Management:

- Welcoming clients and guests in our Business Center
- Active support for customer retention, satisfaction and success
- in our Business Center
- Administrative and operational support to our customers with their requests
- follow-up of the telephone reception and the acquisition of office equipment
- Organization/coordination of community event
- Coordination of cleaning performance and maintenance tasks
- Daily routines for opening and closing the Business Center
- Installation of our office and conference rooms

Your profile:

- Diplomatic, responsible and calm in case of customer problems
- Dynamic and enthusiastic
- Very good knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken
- Professional training required, beginners accepted
- Strong communication skills and service oriented
- Proficient use of MS Office 365
