As an **UX Architect** at Ivy Partners, you will be in charge of:

- Taking ergonomic overall/partial responsibility for the emerging IT system.
- Regularly coordinating with the corporate and software architect to ensure the IT system being developed or purchased meets functional requirements and user experience standards.
- Collecting, analyzing, and defining the needs of user groups and the usage context of interactive systems in complex environments.
- Creating, managing, and ensuring the use of company-specific user and usage profiles and scenarios.
- Implementing, testing, coordinating, and defining design principles and component definitions (design guidelines, design systems).
- Creating interaction concepts in complex environments and leading conception processes.
- Translating interaction concepts into tangible and testable artifacts with varying degrees of representation fidelity.
- Checking the economic and technical feasibility of interaction plans, coordinating, and advising stakeholders on this matter.
- Planning, conducting, evaluating, and communicating interactive concepts, prototypes, and systems.
- Determining the status, defining, and implementing further user experience-related standards and specifications (e.g., accessibility, ISO 9241), and ensuring their implementation.
- Designing and ensuring company-wide knowledge management for design and research.
- Creating competitor analyses with a focus on usability and usefulness.
- Advising, coaching, and supporting other UX architects and several adjacent roles in conceptual and operational activities.

**Profile**:

- **You are Hermes and/or Togaf certified**:

- Fluent in English, French is an advantage
- Extensive experience coordinating with corporate and software architects to align IT systems with functional requirements and user experience standards.
- Proficient in designing complex interactive systems within complex organizational structures using human-centered process methods.
- Skilled in collecting, analyzing, and defining user needs and usage contexts for interactive systems in intricate environments.
- Expertise in creating and managing user and usage profiles and scenarios specific to company needs.
- Experience in assessing the economic and technical feasibility of interaction plans and providing stakeholder guidance.
- Knowledge of establishing and implementing user experience standards and specifications, such as accessibility and ISO 9241, and ensuring their adherence.
- Capable of designing and managing knowledge systems for design and research across the company.
