Endress+Hauser is a global leader in measurement instrumentation, services and solutions for industrial processes. As part of our Corporate Sales Excellence Department we are looking for an additional person to join our Strategic Business Program Team. This team is in charge of the contract lifecycle process and our systems in which we implement and administrate condidtions for auotations, orders and invoices for our global sales organization.
**Role+Responsibility**
- You prepare and maintain the account hierarchy for international accounts in SAP
- You maintain detailed and organized files like contract price templates
- You plan and maintain pricing proposals and contract conditions in SAP
- You actively support IT projects including testing of the improvement of tools globally
- You prepare revisions of pricing contracts that involve the purchase and sale of goods
- You track authorizations and correspondence of contract life cycle process in salesforce
**Qualification+Responsibility**
- Bachelors degree in business and at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Business understanding in international sales and purchasing
- Very precise and accurate for contract price conditions implementation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Taking initiative and ownership for his/her topic
