**Meine Aufgaben**
- Als Test Manager realisierst und betreust du komplexe und innovative Projekte im Finanzumfeld
- Du bist direkter und kompetenter Ansprechpartner für sämtliche Testanliegen
- Du unterstützt beim Design von Teststrategien und bist verantwortlich für das Erstellen und Festlegen von Testplänen und -methoden
- Die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Testingprozesse und das Sicherstellen eines hohen Qualitätsstandards gehören zu deinen Aufgaben
- Koordination des gesamten Testprozesses sowie Unterstützung beim Release
- und Change-Management
- In deiner Rolle fungierst du zusätzlich als Coach für andere Mitarbeiter und bringst deine technische Expertise mit ein

**Meine Qualifikationen**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik (FH, HF, Uni, ETH) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung/Berufserfahrung
- Du bringst profunde berufliche Erfahrung in der Rolle als Test Manager und/oder Test Engineer mit
- ISTQB und/oder Tosca Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil
- Leidenschaft für den Bereich Software Testing sowie Qualitätssicherung
- Die Arbeit im agilen Testmanagement ist dir vertraut
- Berufliche Erfahrung in der Finanzbranche ist ein Plus
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
