**You will make an impact by**:

- Animating, coaching and training the Boutique sales team in order for them to master the art of selling and allow them to achieve individual & collective targets by detecting new business opportunities
- Behaving as a Piaget Ambassador inside and outside the Boutique
- Having a strong people & client orientation in order to provide an unforeseen level of client service and a personalized client experience to always create a “wow-effect”

**Your exceptional skills we are looking for**:

- You are people oriented and like to share your knowledge & experience to help your team members in their development
- You are business and results-driven and like to constantly challenge yourself and your team
- You possess a proven experience in sales and/or business development
- You have a strong experience in establishing and growing strong and loyal client relationships
- You have excellent communication skills, take initiatives and are pedagogue
- Elegance, audacity and excellence are part of your DNA
- You speak fluent English & German
