**Lausanne**, we are searching for a

**Talent Management Coordinator 80%-100% - 6 months temporary mission**

**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:

- You format job ads and publish on different support (internal, website, Linkedin)
- You coordinate interviews, book interview rooms
- You run interviews for administrative staff and temporary roles
- You manage the onboarding journey
- You coordinate the planning and delivery of Learning & Development events
- You manage purchase orders for all HR related invoices and liaise with finance to proceeed for payment
- You maintain KPI's and Development budget

**PROFIL ATTENDU**:

- Holder of a certificate in Human Resources, maturité or bachelor
- At least 2-3 years experience in a similar position within an international environment
- Fluent in English (at least C1) and French with excellent oral and written skills in both languages
- Available since July for a temporary assignment
- High command of MS Office with excellent knowledge of Excel
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills
- High service orientation with attention to details
- Flexible mindset, autonomous, results oriented
