We are looking for a new Consultant in Talent Management & Development Do you want to make an impact and drive your Talent Management forward? Then this role is the perfect fit for you. In this role, you take responsibility and enjoy the freedom and flexibility to introduce and implement your own ideas and solutions.

**What you will do**:

- You will deliver a group-wide succession planning to maintain strong and diverse talent pipelines for critical roles
- You are going to create and implement content, learning journeys, and events by using innovative and creative tools and techniques
- You foster a culture of continuous learning and develop key skills for the future
- You collaborate with senior leaders to drive key strategic programs to develop our next generation of high-potential talents

**What you bring & who you are**:

- You successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, organizational development, or psychology
- You already worked for 3 to 5 years in HR for a global company
- You are passionate about the Performance and Talent Development space
- You are able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Your strong analytical skills are rounding off your profile
- You are fluent in English, German is a plus
