- What you do
- Coordination and assistance in annual budgeting of multiple departmental projects
- Support engineers in preparation of project plans, schedule and budget.
- Preparation of monthly reports on the schedule adherence, planned and actual costs
- Hold monthly planning meetings with stakeholders
- Support project managers, group managers and area controllers in planning, budgeting and resource availability.
- What you bring
- Strong skills in working with schedules, budgets and resource charts
- Technical background with previous experience in project management would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and SAP
- Highly committed and self-motivated personality with good communication skills as well as an independant and very precise way of working
- Fluency in English, German will be a plus
