Financial Assistant

**THE ROLE**

Join our dynamic team in the role as Financial Assistant at our site in Morges. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Financial Assistant on a temporary basis for one year with the following responsibilities:

- Oversee automated AP system and NON PO List
- Handle manual invoices and monthly journal entries
- Manage balance sheet reconciliation and monthly closing
- Conduct regular reporting and calculate fees and rebates
- Check and approve travel expenses in Concur
- Assist in internal and external audit processes

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Hold a CFC d’employé(e) de commerce
- Several years of experience in multinational accounting
- Proficient in PC operations with strong ERP system skills, with mandatory SAP experience
- Fluent in French and English
- Motivated, autonomous, and customer-oriented attitude

The position is part-time (50-70%).
