**WHAT IS YOUR MISSION?**

After sales service is a key part of Cartier strategy. Our Maison is constantly developing its offer in order to better serve its clients and to further improve its brand value perception. Long time changes as well as punctual initiatives have a strong impact on our supply chain, including on the distribution side.

As a key member of the Cartier Spare Parts Operations team, the distribution planner is responsible of the worldwide spare parts availability and is involved in the deployment of the service offer which is constantly evolving.

In this wide and demanding position, both hands-on and project-oriented, you will be responsible for deploying spare parts stocks (Watches, jewellery, accessories etc.) all over the world, working closely with our different markets.

Your core objectives will be to enable the Maison to meet its service objectives while meeting our targeted stocks level.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

**Size market target stock level**
- Define the safety stock level of the distribution platforms and boutiques worldwide based on past consumptions and expected evolution
- Consider market feedback, product supply situation and special initiatives.

**Define and implement the distribution model of the future**
- Take part in the conception of the future distribution model
- Analyse current product flows and suggest improvements
- Be involved in the implementation of the tool in Anaplan

**Design, Size and monitor spare parts distribution in the frame of the Cartier service plans**
- Take part in the primary reflexion on product scope and client offer
- Make relevant assumptions and size the need for the plan in collaboration with the upstream team
- Identify key spare parts, make sure the supply arrives on time and alert on potential critical shortages
- Distribute the pieces before and during the plan. Monitor shortages.

**Reporting**
- Maintain existing reports to follow worldwide stock and shortage situation
- Improve and develop our Dashboards

**Project management**
- Challenge actual process, methods and tools
- Make required analyses and diagnostics
- Identify action plans
- Implement solutions
- Follow project progress

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, mathematics, economics, finance, business administration or any equivalent diploma (major in supply chain a plus)
- You have robust analytical skills and you easily analyse and work with Data and Information Systems. You are organized and you are working with accuracy
- Strong Expertise in Excel and experience with Power BI. Programming skills a plus
- You have strong communication skills in French and English;
- Preferably 1 to 3 years working experience in an international company (luxury a plus)
