We are looking for talented University Graduates Kick-start your career with our Focus-Track Graduate Programme within the CRO division (Legal).

Our Graduate Programme supports your individual journey to unleash your full potential. We offer you three rotations in different teams, on
- and off-the-job training, and the opportunity to start building your own network. Each rotation is designed to provide you with in‐depth knowledge and a sound foundation to perform in your focus area and beyond. One of these rotations will be an international assignment, enabling you to work abroad for a period of months.

Start date: 1 October 2024

Programme duration: 18 months

Join the CRO division and become part of the global Litigation, Investigation & Data Privacy unit. Whilst your home base will be Zurich, part of your Graduate journey will include exposure to EU and foreign local law by way of an international assignment to Julius Baer’s Legal teams in Germany or Luxembourg. During your journey, you will gain experience and be exposed to litigation, investigation and various legal aspects related to data, including but not limited to legal tech, digitization and data protection.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- You will be actively involved in and exposed to complex and high-stakes litigation and investigation matters.
- You will work closely with various other functions, such as e.g. Compliance, Information Security, HR, e-Discovery, etc.
- You will take responsibility in the several legal activities arising in the course of the life cycle of data, including in related projects and initiatives
- You will be exposed to EU and foreign local law in our locations in Luxembourg and Frankfurt, including data protection and other local legal aspects
- You will learn how a professional in-house legal team functions in a globally operating Private Bank.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- University degree (Master) in law (graduation max. 12 months ago)
- Pre-existing work experience in a law firm and/or the financial industry is a plus
- Strong team player
- Very good communication and presentation skills, confident appearance
- Independent and resilient working style
- Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in German and English, other languages an advantage
