We believe that communication and visual languages are important in this vision. We all use emojis, gifs, and many other visual communication forms in our daily life already. Our mission is to create the world's first fully functioning language based on visual icons and used across all major social media channels.

We're a team of linguists, technologists, and designers passionate about the potential of making communication simple, direct, and impactful.

Communication is one of your core strengths. You are self-organized, ambitious, and passionate about languages. You believe that the world can be a better place and are ready to commit and push through walls to turn your beliefs into reality. Pioneering the adoption of a new communication system is ambitious. You understand this and are resilient.

**About us**

We're a team of over 30 volunteers working across multiple disciplines from linguistics to design, from business development and marketing to product development. We are open and respectful and work remotely and mostly asynchronously. Accountability is key for us and so is teamwork.

**About the role**

We are looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented content creator to produce high-quality outputs for our social media handles. The content creator will update existing material, and identify new ways to reach new audiences and engage the existing ones.

**Responsibilities**
- Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company social media, etc
- Assisting the marketing team with the design of promotional materials.
- Using social media to engage clients.
- Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
- Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and reach consumers.
- Producing video content.
- Editing video content like illustration videos, motion graphics, animations, live video interviews, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a similar field.
- Experience creating strong, engaging content.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite or Canva
- Excellence demonstration in video production and editing.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- The capacity to work remotely and collaboratively.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.

Several hours per week
