**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Drafting of ‘point of sale’ contracts, in particular advisory and discretionary management agreements.
- Analyzing and defining legal requirements, in particular regarding design and (cross-border) distribution of investment marketing and financial research publications
- Drafting and revising of disclaimers, in particular for investment marketing and financial research publications
- Provide ad-hoc, efficient and client-oriented support in the area of FinSA and MiFID
- Translation of complex and sophisticated regulatory requirements into simple business rules
- Cooperation in a wide variety of projects within the bank (including e. g. sustainable finance regulation or digital assets)

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Law degree (Master’s degree or equivalent). Admission to the bar and other qualifications such as an LL.M. are an asset.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience of working in a Swiss or international business law firm or a financial service provider.
- Profound understanding of Swiss banking and contract law as well as the Swiss regulatory landscape.
- Sharp analytical skills, allowing you to translate complex legal matters into easy-to-follow concepts.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as a team-player in groups.
- Ability to perform under pressure and efficiently handle different competing tasks and priorities.
- Good communication skills and a natural capacity to convincingly share ideas.
- Excellent command of English and German. Command of other languages is an asset.
