Experienced Logistics Coordinator

MBK Fincom, a dynamic Ecommerce company, specialized in indoor and outdoor furniture in Europe is looking for a:
**Experienced Logistics Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating with the existing warehouses, carriers and internal departments (customer service, procurement, marketing, IT, finance) to insure smooth and timely deliveries to our customers as well as smooth logistics operations (stock keeping, inbound and outbound flows..)
- Performing daily, weekly or monthly administrative tasks as part of the coordination (inventory reconciliation, invoice reconciliation, follow up of warehouses’ performance etc..)
- Participating in current logistics coordination tasks optimization and rationalization to insure priority setting
- Supporting the Head of Logistics, Transportation Manager, Logistics Manager as well as Project Manager in revamping the European Logistics Network
- Providing ad hoc analytical reports to support decision making
- Participating in new logistics and transport KPI development

**Requirements**:
We’re looking for a highly sociable, hard-working person who enjoys team work and is also autonomous. The following skills and aptitudes are required:

- At least 2 years of experience in supply chain/logistics, preferably in consumer goods
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize his/her tasks
- Proven analytical skills
- Optimal knowledge of the MS Office Suite (pivot table on Excel), power BI knowledge a plus
- Very good command of Italian and English (B2 at minimum), German or French a plus
