**ABOUT UNISERS**
UNISERS AG is a young, vibrant startup emerging from ETH Zurich, armed with revolutionary technology to tackle the biggest challenge in the semiconductor industry: contamination control. Having secured a $14 million seed investment led by Intel Capital, we are rapidly expanding our team to bring our groundbreaking technology to market as swiftly as possible.
**RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS**
- Development of advanced optical microscopy and spectroscopy systems
- Selection of optical components
- Collaboration with key suppliers and partners
- Evaluation of alternative state-of-the-art optical concepts for our next generation products
- Design of optical paths together with the mechanical engineering team
- Advanced trouble shooting with internal products and products at customers
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- 5+ years of proven track record of designing, building and using a wide range of advanced optical microscopy systems
- Practical knowledge on the functional details of different optical components, also related to quality and reliability
- Deep theoretical knowledge on a wide range of different optical microscopy concepts
- Strong analytical skills with a hands-on mentality with experimental setups.
