**Your mission**: As a **Product Owner (M/F/d)**, you’re responsible for managing and driving the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our e-commerce platform.
**Overview**:
**Your tasks**:
- ** Define Product Vision and Strategy**: Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain a product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
- ** Backlog Management**: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, focusing on high-impact tasks.
- ** Collaboration**: Foster collaboration with developers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- ** Requirement Analysis**: Analyze and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business and technical needs.
- ** Customer Focus**: Understand customer needs and gather feedback for continuous data-driven improvement.
- ** Monitoring and Reporting**: Monitor project progress and KPIs, reporting to senior management.
**Your profile**:
- ** Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- ** Experience in Product Ownership/Management**: Proven success in a technical environment, with an emphasis on working with KPIs and making data-driven decisions.
- ** Strong Technical Understanding**: A robust understanding of software development practices or a background as a software developer.
- ** E-commerce Experience**: Background in e-commerce is a plus.
- ** Agile Experience**: Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
- ** Language Skills**: German & English
- ** Communication Skills**: Ability to convey complex technical concepts.
- ** Problem Solving**: Strong strategic thinking and tactical problem-solving skills.
