Location: Baar, CH- Date: May 4, 2023Chain IQ is an Independent Global Indirect Procurement company providing strategic, tactical, and operational procurement services. Headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland Chain IQ operates from 6 main centers and 14 offices worldwide.

Our team of experts work to transform procurement within an organization utilizing our market knowledge and insights supported by innovative technology to drive procurement efficiencies.

Your responsibilities:

- Responsible for monthly and annual financial statements of all companies (Swiss GAAP FER)
- Personnel and technical management of the Finance Team (incl. Shared Service Centers)
- Preparation of monthly MIS reporting for management and board of directors
- Responsible for liquidity planning and cash management
- Collaboration in daily accounting tasks
- Development and implementation of new processes and instructions
- Contact person for internal and external parties (auditors, customers and suppliers)
- Active participation in group-wide projects

Your profile:

- Business administration education (FH/Uni) with specialization in finance or higher professional education in the financial area (federal certificate)
- Experience in a similar position in an international environment (at least 5 years) as well as audit experience with BIG 4 ("must have").
- Financial reporting skills under Swiss GAAP FER including consolidation
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Confident handling of Excel / Pivot; SAP "Business by Design" and/or Lucanet knowledge advantageous
- High level of personal responsibility and independent, service-oriented way of working
- Enjoyment of a dynamic and rapidly growing environment
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting personality with hands-on mentality
