**Your role**
- We’re looking for a colleague to support the Talent Attraction & Campus Recruiting team to:
- represent UBS at various events on campus, excited to get to know students and talk about UBS
- captivate audiences with engaging presentation skills, bringing our employer brand to life in a compelling and memorable manner
- establish and maintain positive relationships with universities and student clubs
- work seamlessly with colleagues in the wider ‘Talent Attraction & Campus Recruiting’ teams, happy to jump on tasks wherever you’re needed

**Your team**
- You'll be part of the Talent Attraction & Campus Recruiting team based in Zürich, but we’re part of a team with colleagues all over the world. You'll play a role in positioning UBS among diverse, top students to proactively attract, recruit and hire the next generation of employees to drive the success and growth of our firm.**Your expertise**
- ideally 2-3 years’ experience (recruiting, employer branding, events, administration or client facing role)
- a keen interest in financial services and excitement to represent our brand
- excellent communicator, happy in the spotlight and a natural relationship builder
- flexible, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and keen to learn from an experienced team
- strong attention to detail and excellent with administration
- fluent in English and preferably French and German
