**Responsabilità**
- Identificare nuove opportunità di business e segmenti di clientela potenziali.
- Implementare strategie di acquisizione clienti.
- Creare relazioni solide e durature con la clientela e partner commerciali.
- Condurre trattative e negoziazioni.
- Lavorare in collaborazione con il team per definire gli obiettivi e strategie.
- Monitorare le performance di vendita e i risultati delle iniziative di business development.
- Partecipare a eventi di settore, fiere e conferenze per creare opportunità di networking e promuovere la presenza dell'azienda.
- Contribuire allo sviluppo di proposte commerciali competitive e personalizzate per i clienti.
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con le altre funzioni aziendali.
- Mantenere una comprensione approfondita del settore, delle tendenze del mercato e delle esigenze dei clienti.
**Il tuo profilo**
- Esperienza comprovata nel business development.
- Ottime conoscenze di tedesco e inglese.
- Preferibile provenienza dal settore della plastica.
- Capacità dimostrate di guidare trattative e negoziazioni complesse.
- Eccellenti abilità comunicative verbali e scritte.
- Orientamento ai risultati e capacità di raggiungere obiettivi quantificabili.
- Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e in team.
- Conoscenza di strumenti informatici, inclusi software di gestione delle relazioni con i clienti (CRM) e Microsoft Office.
