The Logistics Associate will be responsible for assisting with all client onboarding, deployment of the system, maintenance, inventory management, and shipping for the FeedbackNow solution in Europe. This person will support activities related to internal inventory movement, material requirements planning, controlling inventory, warehousing, or receiving. This individual should have a strong client orientation; high attention to detail; a pragmatic and hands-on mentality; and commitment to deliver consistently and efficiently to clients.

**Job Description**:
Shipping:
- Pack, pick, and ship all equipment needed for client inquiries and sales.- Track shipment reasons (installation, maintenance, replacement, etc.).- Prepare and record all necessary documentation (shipping form, out-of-stock forms, delivery confirmations).

Inventory management:
- Receive and record deliveries of new equipment.- Conduct quality control, device testing, and inventory maintenance.- Maintain stock minimum and place orders according to incoming orders with central warehouse.- Run quarterly inventory audit.- Support the implementation of new or improved supply chain processes to boost efficiency or performance.- Support activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, controlling inventory, warehousing, or receiving.- Participate in meetings with suppliers to discuss performance, process, and pricing.

Customer deployment:
- Travel to client sites to install equipment.- Provide remote assistance for client self-installation.- Provide training and assistance to third-party installers.- Ensure fully working solution is deployed.- Manage equipment entry and setup in backend.- Train customers on basic platform features.- Track deployment completion and collect installation certificate for audit purposes.

Maintenance:
- Conduct daily checks of device status using dedicated reporting tools.- Perform analysis to determine outage issues and produce reports to customer success team.- Contact clients to inform them of device that requires maintenance and provide remote assistance or organize device replacement.- Maintain an up-to-date report of client’s maintenance point of contact.- Schedule and plan regular client maintenance visits.- Arrange shipping of replacement equipment for maintenance.- Travel to client for maintenance visits.- Help large clients maintain a “replacement” inventory onsite.- Train client maintenance team on FeedbackNow maintenance procedures.-
- Provide level one assistance with web platform and mobile app.- Report bugs and other malfunctions to the development teams.

Job Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory; proficiency in Italian or German is a plus.- Bachelor’s degree is a plus.- Knowledge of office suite is necessary.- Manual work experience is a plus.- Good communication skills (written, phone, or in person with clients).- Keen attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.- The ability to learn new skills and operations quickly and willingly.- Willingness to be on one’s feet at any given time of the day: shipping, packing, onsite work, etc.- The ability to operate with heavy equipment: boxes, carts, etc.- A pragmatic, solution-oriented, hands-on, and can-do mentality.- The ability to multitask and work efficiently.- The ability to travel in Europe on a regular basis; passport is necessary.- Client service experience is a plus.- A driver’s license is mandatory
