Sales Operation Planner Adhesives - Full Time

Join our team within medmix division as Sales Operation Planner Adhesives to help us take our Sales Operations planning to the next level.

**In this role you will be accountable for**:

- Work with Operations to agree inventory plan and advertised lead times to meet market demand
- Ensure Product Managers and Operations collaborate on "new product introduction", production plan to ensure successful launches
- Strategically allocate production capacity quotas per customer and product type, including regions
- Single point of tactical re-prioritization of the order book
- Responsible for optimizing customer & business needs but minimum disruption and inefficiency
- Responsible for defining and communicating impact of re-prioritization on other customers/regions
- Keep Operations alerted with potential Risks to forecast and potential Opportunities to invest/pivot in capability
- Coach and support sales team to manage customer expectations with forecast accuracy data and business acumen
- Provide and maintain reports on forecast accuracy and sales/customer dashboards overall and for key accounts

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- A bachelor degree in Business, Finance or equivalent, or a technical degree with further education in logistics
- 5+ years Production Planning and/or Product Line Leadership including Sales and Operation planning
- Experienced with data analytics
- Experience in project management in a matrix organization would be highly desirable
- P&L business acumen

**Location**:This job can be done from remote workplace or office based in Hungerford/UK, Wroclaw/Poland, or Haag/Switzerland.
