**Was du bei uns bewegen kannst**:

- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erfüllung der ISO-Normen 9001 und 14001 auf Stufe Importeur und im Netz der Partnerbetriebe der Volkswagen Konzernmarken
- Du führst auf fachlicher und personeller Ebene die dir unterstellten Auditoren
- Du erstellst jährliche Reviews und Umweltberichte zur Bewertung des Qualitäts
- und Umweltmanagementsystems für die AMAG Import AG
- Du definierst Umweltziele ausgerichtet an die Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie der AMAG, diese überwachst und bewertest du auch
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Markenstandards in der Anlehnung an die ISO-Norm 9001 beim Zertifizierungsaudit, im Einzelhandel und bei den internen Audits sicher
- Du auditierst Partner im Einzelhandel nach Vorgaben des TÜV und der Volkswagen AG im Rahmen der Verbundzertifizierung in Zusammenarbeit mit den direkt unterstellten Auditoren
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Umweltmanagement-Standards in der Anlehnung an die ISO-Norm 14001 beim Zertifizierungsaudit sowie den internen Audits sicher
- Du schulst und unterstützt die Qualitätsbeauftragten sowie Umweltkoordinatoren, dazu agierst du intern als Ansprechperson für Umwelt
- und Qualitätsthemen

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Höhere Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF, FH oder Universität
- Zusatzausbildung im Qualitäts
- / Umweltmanagement sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der Normen DIN EN ISO 9001 und 14001 werden vorausgesetzt
- Mehrjähriger Background im Qualitäts-, Umwelt
- und Prozessmanagement
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit hoher Sozialkompetenz
- Sicher im Umgang mit MS 365 und SAP
- Stilsicheres Deutsch und sowie gute Sprachkenntnisse in Französisch und Englisch
- Analytisches, logisches und strategisches Denkvermögen verbunden mit ausgeprägtem Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie diplomatischem Geschick
- Diese Position ist mit einer gewissen Reisetätigkeit verbunden und fordert eine diesbezügliche Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
