**Responsibilities**
**Scope**:
- The scope of the assignment addresses two areas:
Area 1: Project management- This scope of this work is to support the Projects and Support team (P&S), a part of the ITS department, to manage the delivery of projects of varying complexities.Area 2: Optimize project and portfolio management processes- The scope of this work is to support the P&S team to review, streamline and optimize current IT project management and IT portfolio management practices within the context of the Project Management Office (PMO) processes.**Requirements**:
- Project/ Programme Manager with extensive experience helping organizations to define, implement and/or govern project and portfolio management processes
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Project Management certification (PMP or comparable)
