Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung für eine Fünf-Tage-Woche (Montag - Freitag ) einen
- Assistant to General Service Manager - m/w/d

Aufgaben
- Vorbereiten des Monatsabschlusses (Lieferscheine, Rechnungen, Umsätze, Petty Cash, Inventur, Personaltool etc.)
- Postbearbeitung vor Ort
- Kassenabrechnung
- Führung Petty Cash Kasse
- Bestellung Wäsche und Büromaterial
- Verantwortliche Dekoration und Beschriftung Restaurant
- Übersetzung Menuplan
- Erfassung Verbrauchsmaterial Etagen
- Führen des Kadermeeting-Protokolls
- Vorbereitung Menustatistik für Kadermeeting
- Verwaltung Kundenstammdaten (TCPOS)
- Koordination Mitarbeiter Eintritte und Austritte intern
- Interne Kommunikation (Verwaltung Mitarbeiterinfotafel und Vorbereitung Mitarbeitergeburtstagskarten)
- Archivierung
- Kontaktperson für personelle Belange der Mitarbeiter und Schnittstelle zum HQ
- Erstellen von Reportings
- Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen im Bereich QHSE
- **Täglicher Einsatz in der Operativen (Mittagsservice, Bankette etc.).**

Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie / KV
- Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position
- Ein Auge fürs Detail und ein Hohes Mass an Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
- Gutes Selbstmanagement und eine rasche Auffassungsgabe
- Kaufmännisches Know How wird vorausgesetzt
- Sie erfüllen Gastwünsche zuvorkommend und zuverlässig
- Auch in hektischen Zeiten bleiben Sie ruhig und freundlich und können auf DE, FR, EG kommunizieren.
