**Summary**:
The Director of CAR T Cell Therapy Digital Platform, Reporting & Analytics will be responsible to lead the ongoing requirements and development for the commercial Cell Therapy Digital Platform (CTDP) and ensure best-in-class customer experience across all markets. This person will be a critical member of a high performing CT Franchise Operations team and will partner with regional and country cross-functional teams as well as other CTDP program partners (Patient Ops, CTO, IT, etc.). You will also lead operational projects related to Reporting (affiliate and field operations tools) and Analytics (in partnership with BI&A) to support the operations of the Commercial teams at affiliate and Global levels. The role will report into the Director, CAR-T Commercial Operations, Strategy and Execution Lead.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the commercial launch execution of CAR T Cell therapy digital platform (CTDP) across major markets and ensure best-in-class customer experience and post-launch execution
- Commercial lead in interactions with CTDP IT, Global Patient Service (GPS), and Patient Operations teams to provide strategic clarity and support CTDP execution. Point of contact in any forums / meetings (e.g. OAC, GPS LT, CTDP Weekly PLT, etc.) related to the CTDP.
- Gather insights for prioritization of new, scalable CTDP functionality designed to support market launch requirements, integrate with health authorities and/or hospital platforms, and overall provide automation to support an enhanced customer experience while simplifying internal operations. Partner with cross-functional commercial teams to develop detailed specifications for and execute on the final functional enhancements.
- Work with affiliate CAR T Leads and Franchise Operations managers to design KPIs for platform improvements.
- Develop and lead training plans together with Operations colleagues. Develop resources for simple and effective customer on-boarding and communications of new functionalities and/or changes in the platform.
- Maintain and develop the business requirements for reporting and analytics tools used by cell therapy (CT) affiliates teams ex-US (WW Brand dashboard, CTSM dashboard, MSL dashboard, Weekly reporting, etc.) in partnership with other cross-functional partners and BI&A
- Develop a strong partnership and alignment with the US Franchise team, ensuring synergies and best practices sharing
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- 6+ years’ experience in the bio-pharma industry working in global commercial teams; prior experience in developing and launching healthcare manufacturing / digital platforms highly desirable;
- Strong leadership skills; ability to influence in a matrix organization and drive operational rigor
- Ex-US launch experience at affiliate or regional level is desired
- Demonstrated ability to think analytically, observe trends and prioritize insights, and resolve issues effectively in a fast-pace environment
- Proven ability to engage with cross-disciplinary teams across international teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills.
- Language skills: Additional language skills beyond English (ie, German, French) desired
