Afin d’accompagner nos clients dans la conception et la réalisation de formations en ligne et hybrides, nous recherchons un(e) : Consultant Digital Learning / Concepteur Techno-Pédagogique
**Les challenges qui vous attendent **:
Vous serez le Consultant Digital Learning / Concepteur Techno-Pédagogique vous serez intégré(e) à notre équipe techno-pédagogique pour mener à bien des projets de formation pour nos clients, de la conception au déploiement.
**Vos principales activités seront notamment**:
- Organiser et mener des interviews auprès d’experts pour collecter du contenu brut d’information
- Faire des recommandations pédagogiques (apport d’expertise) et animer des workshops de conception pour nos clients (cadrage pédagogique)
- Scénariser et concevoir des modules de Micro-Learning en relation avec les experts-métier de nos clients
- Produire les modules, en autonomie ou en coordonnant une équipe de production (selon les caractéristiques du projet)
- Assurer le lien avec le client, organiser les points et validations avec celui-ci et proposer de nouvelles idées de concept ou d’évolution
- Assurer le suivi des différentes phases du projet de formation (respect du cahier des charges, tenue des délais et des budgets, répartition des tâches)
**Votre profil**:
Vous possédez une formation en techno-pédagogie / conception pédagogique multimédia, et avez au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans la conception de formations.
De nature créative et astucieuse, vous ne craignez pas de sortir des sentiers battus pour proposer LA solution qui répondra aux besoins de vos clients.
Vous disposez d’évidentes qualités rédactionnelles, de formalisation et de narration en langue française. Très bon(ne) communicant(e), pédagogue, vous savez également construire des écrans de modules de formation et exploiter des médias pour transmettre un message. Vous maitrisez des outils-auteurs e-Learning (suite Articulate,...), et éventuellement d’autres outils de création média.
Des bases en langues allemande et anglaise seraient un plus.
La posture d’expert pédagogique / en formation auprès d'un client vous est familière, et vous possédez idéalement une expérience réussie sur un poste similaire au sein d’un cabinet de conseil ou en agence.
