In your role as a Site Manager, you will be part of the Ports business line within the Marine and Ports division that is specialized in advanced automation and information systems for all types of container and bulk cargo handling cranes, as well as OCR and electrical systems for container terminals. You will be leading all on-site activities from medium to large projects. Assuring cost-effective execution of project deliverables during the start-up, construction and / or erection, commissioning and maintenance phases in accordance with the established processes. You will also ensure with relevant cyber security regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.

**This position reports to**:
Project Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Project Manager with site planning, scheduling, preparation, and execution
- Managing the arrival at site, installation, and commissioning, so that the site can be handed over to the customer safely, on-time, and to excellent quality
- Supervising and ensuring compliance of electrical installation tasks and norms, ensuring effective quality control and assurance
- Managing all aspects of safety and safety requirements
- Provide all the necessary reporting and comprehensive documentationing
- Responsible for weekly reporting on the execution plan and abnormalities to the Project Manager
- Building a strong relationship with the customer and other stakeholders
- Supervising subcontractors
- Controlling material purchases, according to budget
- Leading the people on site (50-80 person’s)

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, electromechanical or mechanical engineering
- Croatian Qualified Engineer (registered at the Croatian Chamber of Engineers)
- 5 years of experience working in a similar position
- A practical, technical experience of installation and execution of LV and MV electrical projects, preferably from port electrification
- Experience in technical drawings and using AutoCAD
- Planning and risk management. You have the ability to define, delegate and communicate objectives
- A strong knowledge in local health and safety regulations and about governing rules and regulations
- As a person you are natural leader, able to create successful and enjoyable team - with team members from various international backgrounds
- Fluent in English and Croatian
