**Your role**
- Are you a self-starter, a resourceful designer with a can-do attitude? Are you a creative problem solver eager to try new and different approaches?
- If so, we're looking for someone like that to:
- provide senior leadership as well as delivery execution on UX/UI design project engagements with internal clients
- build, drive and embed a UX strategy in the team, paying particular attention to embedding Design thinking practices.
- take lead role on building service offering and pipeline of work, interacting with senior managers and stakeholders
- play integral role in the team build-up including recruiting of new team members

- You’ll be working in the Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance (GCRG) IT team. In recent years, regulatory requirements for firms in the financial services industry have become more comprehensive and complex. Litigations are continuously on the rise, violations are being vigorously investigated and a number of firms have faced highly publicized and expensive sanctions.
- Our role is to design and implement innovative IT solutions that ensure these complex regulatory requirements are tracked through to solution as well as provide any information necessary to stakeholders to ensure all requirements are ultimately satisfied. We are a global IT team with locations in the US, UK, Switzerland and India while supporting internal clients throughout the world.

**Your expertise**
- Expertise:
- 10+ years of experience creating UX/UI for the Web, Mobile and Desktop apps
- experience in design thinking, user-centric design is mandatory.
- leadership, team development and business development experience
- excellent communication skills and great attention to details
- the ability to take complex issues and distill them into simple and intuitive interfaces with the end user in mind.
- the ability to create prototypes and Knowledge of/proficiency in relevant software (Sketch, Axure RP, InVision, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign)
- understanding of basic front-end languages such as HTML5, CSS3, Javascript
- experience working in agile/scrum development process
- the ability to design, deliver, review, iterate your design solutions
- experience annotating designs, creating specs and guidance for engineering
- experience working closely with engineers, providing guidance during development and the QA phase. You must be a team player to be a good fit within our team
- ability to work seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels across the globe
- fluent in English both written and spoken.
