**Six Senses Crans-Montana**

Six Senses Crans-Montana is located directly on the slopes, anchored into the rocks, from which it emerges with its open terraces and decks, offering views of Valais' iconic peaks, including the Weisshorn and Mont Blanc. This natural high-altitude playground hosts summer and winter activities and is just steps away from a vibrant village life, offering a rich social scene, dining, shopping, and major sporting events.

There are 78 guestrooms and suites and a three-bedroom prestige apartment. The authentic Swiss chalet feel has been remodeled into a contemporary and airy style, with high ceilings and smart and sustainable architecture. Large bay windows maximize the connection to the natural surroundings to the back and left-to-right Alpine views. There are also sixteen Residence apartments - ranging in size from 210 to 330 square meters, (2,260 to 3,550 square feet) - located in the upper part of the hotel. These include three to five bedrooms, with two to three bathrooms, generous terraces and private parking places. All can be sold as a secondary residence, with the option to be included in the rental option and managed through the resort.

As General Manager, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.

Sustainability, Wellness and Out of the Ordinary experiences are at the core of everything we do at Six Senses. I will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development and ensure all directives, practices and initiatives are implemented, embraced, adopted within the hotel

I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the hotel & residences to provide exceptional products and services within Six Senses brand operating standards and budget.

**My duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Manage an ultra-luxury alpine/ski resort and branded residences.
- Lead and maintain an inclusive work environment for the team, fostering an open and respectful culture.
- Ensure that Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation will be adopted and followed by all hosts so that our performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
- Strong understanding of the importance of branded residences/business unit on property with ability to provide elevated focus on owners living experience.
- Experience in managing Home Owners Association and Rental Programme Options.
- Establish and deliver pre-established financial returns related to revenue generation, profitability and ROIC.
- Instill a revenue-focused philosophy so that all hosts are fully engaged with driving revenue opportunities, future profitability, and maximum return on investment in line with the business strategy and annual plan while delivering an out of the ordinary experience for all of our guests and fostering a desirable place to work for all of our hosts.
- Oversee the strategic direction and activities of the marketing, sales and public relations resources.
- Prepare annual capital, cash flow and sales and marketing plans to accurately forecast budgets and achieve required operating results.
- Operate the hotel consistent with all legal, statutory and financial requirements and documentation, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security and safety protocols for both the branded residences and hotel.

**Qualifications**:
To execute the position of General Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

- Fluent in French and English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
- Experience in alpine or ski resort locations.
- Swiss or EU passports
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management or Business Administration plus five to ten
