**Your field of responsibility**

We offer you a challenging position in our Swiss Franc Fixed Income Team. As a Credit Portfolio Manager, you have already gained valuable experience in managing corporate bond portfolios, ideally in the Swiss capital market. You can analyze complex situations such as restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions. Working independently, your ability to compare and refer to similar credits helps you to spot and execute on relative value opportunities while keeping the focus on long-term strategy. While your home turf is Investment Grade bonds, you are also capable of analyzing High Yield companies as some portfolios may invest in crossover names. Furthermore, you can identify, present, and implement active fixed income strategies that comply with investment guidelines and will perform better than the reference index.
You will also be tasked with fund and client portfolio reporting, summarizing market developments, investment decisions, and their impact on portfolios. Understanding issues related to the legal framework, risk management, and compliance is a key aspect to servicing your clients well, both internally and externally.

**Your future colleagues**:
You are part of Asset Management Fixed Income, which provides portfolio management services to institutional clients, family offices and UHNWIs. The team consists of 53 investment professionals who manage active portfolio management strategies in regional and global markets. The team has on average 17 years of investment management experience. Supported by a team of credit analysts, we are organized in 4 investment teams and manage about CHF 38bn of assets. The Swiss Fixed Income Team counts five portfolio managers who have on average 27 years of experience as investment professionals.

**Your skills and experience**

You are looking to build a career within a successful team that focuses on domestic and foreign CHF bond markets. You combine a structured, analytical approach with strong skills as a team player and like to be confronted with challenging tasks. The following qualifications round off your profile:

- Education: Master’s degree in Finance (or equivalent) or a degree from a bank apprenticeship in combination with a respective practical experience (at least 5 years)
- You have gained investment experience as a Junior Portfolio Manager and earned a CFA, CAIIA or similar designation
- Languages: Fluent in German, fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- Technical skills: Familiar with use of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, programming skills are a plus
- You are a team player and communicate well with colleagues, partners, and clients
- Pro-active approach, pragmatic and outgoing personality, working well under pressure
- Creativity and the ability to think out of the box
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
