Description
As Department Head, Commissioning & Quality Control, responsibilities include
- Leading the Commissioning & Quality Control Department
- Driving all quality aspects of TOFWERK (parts, sub-assembly, final product quality)
- Timely delivery of fully commissioned instruments
- Liaising with product managers, project leaders and other stakeholders
- Updating and continuous improvement of QC department and processes
- Driving improvement of test methods and specifications

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership experience in managing teams or projects, preferably related to quality
- Academic degree in scientific or engineering field
- Experience in an industrial setting, preferably with scientific instruments such as mass spectrometers
- English B2 level required, German is a plus
