Bei hpo forecasting hilfst du ab dem ersten Tag mit, unsere etablierten Prognosen noch weiter zu verfeinern und gewinnst nebenbei tiefe Einblicke in wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge. Wir arbeiten in einem kleinen, spezialisierten Team, wo das Miteinander an erster Stelle steht und auch der Spass nicht zu kurz kommt.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Weiterentwicklung unseres Machine Learning Models für die Erstellung von Unternehmensprognosen in Kollaboration mit einem externen Forschungsinstitut
- Datenpflege und Automatisierung unserer Datensammlung
- Quartalsweise Mithilfe bei der Berechnung und Kommentierung unserer firmenspezifischen Auftragseingangsprognosen

**Deine Qualifikationen**
- Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Statistik, Mathematik, Data Science oder einem verwandten Fachbereich
- Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Python sowie Erfahrung mit gängigen Programmbibliotheken (z.B. Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse
- und Statistiktools (z.B. R, SQL)
- Praktische Erfahrung mit der Implementierung verschiedener Machine Learning Techniken
- Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Humor und Kreativität
