Afin de renforcer notre équipe Retail à son siège à Biel/Bienne, Suisse, SWATCH est actuellement à la recherche d'un(e)

**RETAIL COORDINATOR SWISS MARKET (F/M/D) 100%**

Les principales responsabilités comprendront:

- Assurer le daily business des magasins
- Être l'interlocuteur principal des magasins en ce qui concerne le système de caisse CBR, l'omnichannel et l'organisation in store (IT, clients, produits...).
- Interlocuteur des Area Managers pour toutes les demandes (analyses KPI's)
- Correspondance administrative avec les consommateurs finaux/partenaires
- Flux d'informations en français, allemand et anglais vers tous les magasins
- Préparer et gérer les statistiques et les analyses
- Effectuer la clôture mensuelle (en collaboration avec le Retail Store Coordinator)
- Préparation des rapports POS mensuels pour les magasins / insertion des budgets
- Planification et réalisation des inventaires annuels dans les magasins, y compris les analyses pour le service financier
- Réapprovisionnement du matériel des magasins comme les rouleaux de caisse, minigrip, bons de réduction, etc.
- Remplacement du personnel de vente (showroom)
- Lead dans la coordination interne lors des ouvertures, transformations et fermetures de magasins
- Gestion et mise à jour des contrats de magasin
- Préparation et coordination des réunions du Store Manager

**Profile**:
Nous recherchons une personne dynamique et proactive, capable de s'adapter rapidement à diverses situations et travaux grâce à une compréhension rapide et à un bon esprit d'analyse.

Vous êtes habitué(e) à travailler de manière autonome, précise et fiable, vous disposez d'un très bon esprit d'analyse et vous êtes orienté(e) vers les solutions. Votre sens de l'organisation et votre flexibilité vous permettent de garder votre calme et votre sens du service même dans les situations les plus stressantes.

**Professional requirements**:
Vous disposez d'une formation d'employé(e) de commerce et d'une expérience administrative dans le domaine de la vente. Une expérience dans le secteur des biens de consommation est un avantage. Vous disposez en outre de très bonnes connaissances en informatique (MS Office, Powerpoint, Outlook, WinShop, Sales Force Tool).

**Languages**:
Connaissances linguistiques (allemand, français, anglais) : natif français ou allemand.
Bonnes connaissances (parlées et écrites) des deux autres langues.
