**Votre mission**:

- Créer les contenus des formations pour les formateurs et apprenants, du concept à l'animation
- Rédiger et mettre à jour les différents modules de l'e-learning
- Organiser et animer des formations en Suisse et à l'étranger
- Traduire les différents contenus de formations
- Analyser les besoins de formations dans les différents marchéss

**Votre profil**:

- Vous êtes au bénéfice d'une solide expérience dans la formation d'adultes (Certification module 1 du BFFA ou Brevet fédéral souhaité)
- Vous avez de l'expérience dans le domaine de la formation dans la vente de luxe
- Vous démontrez de l'intérêt pour l'horlogerie
- Vous êtes bilingue français-allemand, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Vous avez d'excellentes connaissances de la langue anglaise,
- Des connaissances de toute autre langue sont un atout
