Logistics Manager

We are looking for a person **with a CFC in logistics and a federal diploma in logistics**, **storage option, or a title deemed equivalent**. You have several years of experience as a team leader, you are dynamic, flexible, trustworthy, stress resistant and you know how to show leadership. Your listening and interpersonal skills allow you to have a very good relationship with your interlocutors. You are at ease with operational processes and the usual IT tools. Your excellent knowledge of French allows you to be at ease with administrative tasks.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supervision of a group of about ten employees
- Organization and planning of the employees’ tasks
- Purchase of goods and negotiations with suppliers
- Management of customer support and processing of product returns
- Reception of customers
- Management of the computerized stock of goods
- Organization and control of inventories
- Reception of incoming goods from suppliers
- Organization of the storage space
- Training and supervision of logistics apprentices
- Coordination between the back office and logistics
- Implementation of continuous improvement projects

**Required profile**:

- You are enthusiastic, flexible, able to work in a team and reliable
- You have several years of experience in the field of material and stock management of logistics
- You are at ease in managing people and know how to lead a team a team
- You have obtained a CFC as a logistics specialist or logistics specialist, the Federal Certificate in Logistics is an asset
- Mastery of IT tools (ERP, Office, etc.)
- Trainer’s certificate a plus
