Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join us in our Legal team, based in Zürich. The mission of the Legal Department is to provide advice about any legal issues which may come up in the course of business, ranging from litigation, contractual, corporate and civil law to following all matters in consultation with external lawyers and notaries.

You must be self-motivated, intellectually curious, and keen to progress within the organization. You feel comfortable handling confidential documents and information and also have high learning capabilities that will allow for developing the sense of fine judgment for independent decisions in consultation with the Legal Director and the Business. You are able to work under pressure and have flexible work schedules.

This is a position, designed for individuals with 4 -6 years of working experience preferable with experience in a similar position.

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with external business partners
- Provide the company’s departments with legal advice and support
- Litigation cases will be managed and prepared with external lawyers.
- Prepare and review internal and external legal documents in accordance with laws and regulations
- Advise and assist on various legal matters: Contractual and Corporate Law, Litigation, Data Protection, etc.
- Legal, administrative and project support in a one-to-one basis.
- Over 4 years of experience as In-house Lawyer in a similar position
- University Degree in Law or Bachelor of Laws in a European Country.
- Good Languages skills in English and Spanish. German will be a plus
- Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, committed and willing to learn at a very fast pace.

**Desirable**

Knowledge of:

- Tourism, Corporate, Administrative, International and Contract Law.
- Knowledge of/or previous employment in tourism industry.
- German and UK Law.
