**Dokumentenmanagement-Spezialist/in 100 % (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten im Wesentlichen**:

- Mitarbeit in Routinetätigkeiten zum Dokumentenmanagement, wie z.B. redaktionelles und inhaltliches Prüfen von GMP-Dokumenten, Koordination von Genehmigungsumläufen und Gültigsetzungen
- Systemunterstützung für interne Kunden, um einen effizienten Betrieb und die Einhaltung von GxP-Standards sicherzustellen (Abarbeiten von Anfragen)
- Entwicklung, Verbesserung und Beschreibung von Prozessen gemeinsam mit dem Manager/anderen Fachkräften
- Unterstützung des Vorgesetzten bei der fachlichen Führung eines Subteams
- Erstellen von Reports und KPIs
- Durchführen von Schulungen (bei Bedarf)
- Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Projekten und Initiativen (bei Bedarf)
- Zusammenstellen von Daten für Inspektionen und Kundenaudits
- Unterstützung/Vertretung des Vorgesetzten bei Inspektionen

**Sie bringen die folgenden Qualifikationen und Kompetenzen mit**:

- 1 - 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich von Qualitätssystemen, idealerweise im GMP Bereich eines pharmazeutischen Unternehmens oder einen Hochschulabschluss.
- Die Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, Verantwortung für einzelne Aufgaben und Aufgabenbereiche zu übernehmen und diese teilweise in leitender Funktion zu bearbeiten
- Grundlegendes Verständnis von cGMP-Richtlinien und deren Umsetzung in die Praxis
- Fähigkeit mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig anzugehen und in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten, um Aufgaben termingerecht abzuschließen
- Proaktive Persönlichkeit, die klar und offen kommuniziert und es versteht Beziehungen zu Anspruchsgruppen unterschiedlicher Fachrichtungen zu pflegen
- Exakte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Erfahrungen mit dem Umgang von Dokumentenmanagementsystemen sind von grossem Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) sind Voraussetzung. Fundierte Englischkenntnisse sind von grossem Vorteil.
