We are looking for a **Senior Consultant/ Manager (M/F/d)** to strengthen our** Enterprise Transformation Team**:

**Bring to life what's next**:
- Development of strategies for CFOs & COOs of medium-sized companies as well as global corporations from any industry.
- Pragmatic implementation and expertise in digital and data.
- Development of business and/or enterprise model designs as well as corporate function strategies together with top management.
- Support for mergers & acquisitions, post-merger integration, and carve-outs.
- Efficiency improvement and cost reduction, business transformation in the digital age & Industry 4.0.
- Development of control concepts and international setup of sourcing & shared service organizations.
- Development of own and use of existing methods and frameworks such as (scaled) Agile, Scrum & Lean Management for Business support functions.
**Your qualifications**:
- ** Academic excellence**: outstanding bachelor's or/ and master’s degree in a renowned University in the field of Business or Technology.
- ** Industry knowledge**: initial work experience in Innovation, Data Science and or Digital Marketing from previous internships, understanding of Design Thinking and Value Proposition Design.
- ** Consulting experience**: first experiences in consulting and project management favorable.
- ** Conceptual talent**: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured and hands on work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines and an entrepreneurial mindset. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- ** Communication and presentation skills**: fluent in English (written and spoken). German mandatory (C1 level), strong presentation and communication skills.
- ** Digital affinity**: Affinity and appreciation for Data Science and Digital Transformation, proficient in PowerPoint and other marketing software tools.
- ** Cultural fit**: high reliability, team spirit and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
