To support our People Office Team at the headquarters in Schaffhausen, we are looking for an

**INTERN HR / PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT** (M/F/X — 100%)**

As our Intern People Development, you will be part of an open-minded, passionate, and humorous team. In your role, you will support employees develop their full potential and at the same time, you keep an eye on the needs of the organization. In the day-to-day L&D/Talent activities you will regularly interact with employees and our partners.

**Duration**: 6 months

**Start**: April 2024

**YOUR MISSON AT IWC.**
- Support the implementation of L&D/Talent programs that are aligned with the organization's objectives
- Manage the communication of L&D/Talent programs and employees’ participation across training
- Administer of IWC Academy: Maintain content, create sessions, assign programs, report e.g. attendance
- Market available L&D offer to HR Business Partner and provide necessary information about sessions
- L&D administration: Assist pre
- and post-L&D/Talent activities administration (registration tracking, L&D materials, bookings, invoices, training equipment, communication, and instructions to employees, etc.)
- Help to process and manage vendor creation and invoices in SAP related to HR topics and maintain budget tracker
- Participate in ad-hoc development projects

**HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.**
- Bachelor or Master student in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or equivalent
- Fluent in German and English
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint)
- Friendly, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Hands-on with a growth and customer-centric mindset
- Highly organized and care about details with desire to coordinate multiple exciting programs
