**About the Role**:
You will work closely with the Head of Compliance Programme and Operations and other Compliance colleagues to deliver high-quality reporting, ensure a smooth operation of the Compliance function, and participate in projects to support the delivery of key Compliance initiatives.

**You will perform the following**:

- Manage Compliance reporting (including Quarterly Compliance Reports, Annual Compliance Plan)** **to key internal stakeholders like the Group Executive Committee and Group Audit Committee.
- Produce management information for Compliance and facilitate coordination among Compliance colleagues.
- Maintain and further develop the Compliance Key Performance Indicators, including definition, implementation, monitoring and analysis.
- Coordinate the semi-annual Key Risk Taker and Control Related Behaviour assessment process for Compliance.
- Facilitate the quarterly assessment of the function's key risks and controls and maintain regular oversight over identified issues and operational events.

**About the Team**:
This is a great opportunity to join our **Compliance Programme and Operations** team We continuously collaborate with departments within Swiss Re to maintain Compliance frameworks, build risk-based and sustainable solutions and provide relevant insights to management. In this role, you will be working closely with senior members across all Compliance teams and directly see the results of your work.

**About You**:
**Education and Experience**:

- University or equivalent qualification
- Minimum **8 years work experience** as Operations Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst or Compliance Officer in a financial services company
- **Compliance** or adjacent experience (Risk, Legal) is preferred
- **Proficiency in English**; German language a plus
- Solid understanding of MS Office

- Thrive in a **multi-faceted** role, working simultaneously on different topics
- Excellent **communication** skills with a high degree of integrity and ability to work with confidential information
