Advertising Manager

YOUR MISSION:
The advertising media manager is part of the Marketing & Communication Unit and more precisely part of the Group Advertising & Social Media team.

Your mission is to coordinate and develop advertising campaigns to help convey Lombard Odier brand and messages via display, print, OOH and social media mediums.

Your role consists in coordinating advertising activities for the Group and more precisely:

- Support advertising creation process on media, creative and formatting levels (this includes follow-up with media, creative and formatting agencies)
- Coordination of translations and support of compliance/legal/cross-border process
- Campaign reporting
- Coordination of paid content media partnerships
- Usage rights management
- Back up for all social media activities on daily basis including reporting (organic and paid)
- Billing coordination

DESIRED PROFILE:

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience at an agency or client side (marketing/communication department)
- Bachelor's (or business degree with emphasis in) marketing and/communications
- Fluent (both oral and written) in English and French. Other languages are a plus
- Able and willing to work in a fast-paced, pressured and demanding environment
- Curious, precise and agile
- Team player
- Skills to seek and deliver relevant insights and inspiration from data and implement
- Must be a resident in Switzerland
- Available to start immediately
