For the Backoffice team in our HQ in Lugano, Switzerland, we are looking for an skilled and enthusiastic Backoffice associate to support PHILIPP PLEIN boutiques and WHL partners.

Your mission
- Inventory management (e.g. stock monitoring)
- Operations project management and cross team collaboration
- Regular interaction with our DOS and WHL partners
- Allocation of EOS (end of season returns) and between stores
- Performing total recall and stock rotation
- Supporting Retail Operations in related fields
- Following and processing giveaways

Professional Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in Backoffice operations
- Strong analytical skills; at ease with numbers (KPI)
- Exceptional problem solving skills to manage the daily operations

Language Skills Fluent in English (spoken and written)
