**Your role and responsibilities**:
As the most senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) leader in our organization, you will take charge of delivering reliable, timely analysis of financial results while driving the creation of our Annual Performance Plan (APP) and forecasts. In this role, you will support key business partners and senior executives, guiding decision-making processes that align with our strategic goals. You will lead the analysis of financial outcomes for your area of responsibility, ensuring the preparation of comprehensive management reports—including performance reports and financial commentaries—on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Evaluating the impact of major strategic, financial, and investment decisions, you will actively champion cost-saving initiatives that drive profitability. Additionally, you will coordinate and oversee the entire financial planning process, including forecasting and APP development, working closely with our global Division FP&A. A key part of your responsibilities will include managing and enhancing reporting activities by preparing detailed management discussion and analysis (MD&A) for the Business Line Instrumentation, while also driving global initiatives that elevate our financial controlling processes and tools. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in organizational development, providing guidance and training on FP&A tools and methodologies to ensure best practices are shared across the Finance community.

- Beyond these technical skills, you should bring over five years of proven experience in finance, operational controlling, or accounting—preferably in a B2B or industrial environment. A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting is essential, and global experience at the Hub, regional, or Product Group (PG) level is highly valued.
