- For our Consumer Insights Team - part of the Group Cosmetics Marketing department - we are looking with immediate effect or by agreement for a

**Consumer Insights Intern (M/F/d) 100%**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- You will support the Global Consumer Insights team in the beauty and natural cosmetics sector
- You will actively contribute to the development and implementation of consumer insights and Marketing research strategies
- You will collaborate closely with various departments at Weleda, gaining insights into consumer research, market trends, brand management and product development
- You will have the opportunity to independently lead small projects and collaborate with Weleda's global markets and external research partners

**Your specific tasks will include**:

- Trend scouting to identify new trends and opportunities in the beauty and natural cosmetics industry using platforms such as Mintel, Euromonitor or social listening tools
- Supporting the development and analysis of Primary market research projects with external research partners
- Preparing decision-making materials and creating presentations, Excel reports, and graphics for Senior management
- Assisting in the creation and coordination of internal consumer insights reports
- Helping to organize workshops, meetings, and Events related to consumer insights and market trends

**Requirements, Qualifications, Experience**:

- At least three completed semesters of a Business intelligence or marketing-related degree
- Initial experience in consumer insights, marketing, or market research, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector or an agency environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with a can-do attitude
- Good project management skills and structured way of working
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to work independently & proactively, but at the same time be an excellent team player
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You must be comfortable working in a global environment and be fluent in English and German, other languages are an advantage
