Household Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Organization of work in the following areas: housekeeping, food& beverage, transport services, procurement and cost control.
- Organization and control of the development and updating of service standards, internal procedures and regulatory documents.
- Formation of a home calendar: list of events, coordination of staff, logistics.
- Optimal distribution of staff, their functionality and tasks, consolidation and coordination of staff.
- Monitoring the technical condition of accommodation facilities.
- Organizing the search for contractors to carry out work, conducting negotiations, organizing the conclusion of contracts and monitoring their execution with the required quality.
- Cost optimization and measures to prevent inappropriate expenditure of funds and working material.
- Control of timely payment of all necessary payments for the facility (utilities, service and current payments).

**Requirements**:
- hotel/family manager for at least 5 years, management experience in the field of housekeeping, F&B;
- readiness for relocation;
- willingness to work in a flexible work schedule;
- languages: fluent Russian (spoken and written), French or English - desirable;
- having an EU passport or a work permit in Switzerland

Pay: From CHF8’500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Montreux, VD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- housekeeping/food&beverage manager: 3 years (required)
