Il nostro gruppo, l'MP Beauty, conta diverse aziende operative nel settore dell'estetica, dalla formazione a una rete di centri estetici in franchising.

Siamo nati con BIUTOP, il percorso di formazione di marketing, vendita e gestione aziendale per centri estetici più seguito d'Europa.

Dal 2018, con Marco Post, possiamo vantare la più grande rete di centri anti-age in Italia.
- 20 anni di storia in 5 punti:_
- Marco Postiglione, CEO del gruppo, è stato il primo formatore a specializzarsi nella formazione in ambito vendita e marketing esclusivamente per il settore dell’estetica;
- +1000 studenti formati ogni anno dal team di BIUTOP;
- la rete di centri Marco Post è l'unica che basa i suoi servizi sul Metodo Anti-age Senza Bisturi e sull'uso della tecnologia brevettata Linfodrenabed®;
- attualmente ci sono più di 60 centri Marco Post operativi in Italia;
- 20 nuovi centri Marco Post entreranno nella rete nel corso dei prossimi mesi.

**CHI STIAMO CERCANDO**
Stiamo cercando un Project Manager che possa guidare e gestire i progetti di marketing della Marco Post Holding.

Prima di tutto, vogliamo chiarire cosa significa questo ruolo per noi:
non siamo alla ricerca di un neofita nel campo del project management o qualcuno che desidera solo eseguire il lavoro.

Cerchiamo un leader.

È qualcuno desideroso di unirsi a noi nella nostra missione di innovare il settore dell'estetica anti-age, che presenta enormi opportunità di crescita nei prossimi decenni.

Stiamo cercando quindi una persona che voglia davvero sposare una causa e mettere le proprie abilità, impegno e dedizione per dare il proprio contributo decisivo.

**DESCRIZIONE DEL RUOLO**
- Capacità di gestire progetti di marketing end-to-end.
- Capacità di comprendere e gestire progetti di direct response marketing.
- Abilità di lavoro in team e di comunicare efficacemente con tutte le parti interessate.
- Competenza nell'utilizzare strumenti di project management.

Le responsabilità includeranno:

- Guidare progetti di marketing dall'ideazione insieme al direttore Marketing all'esecuzione.
- Coordinare team multidisciplinari.
- Monitorare i progressi e garantire la consegna nei tempi previsti.
- Essere il punto di contatto per i principali manager e gestire le loro aspettative.

**CARATTERISTICHE PREFERENZIALI PER IL RUOLO**
- Esperienza nel marketing o conoscenze di strategie di marketing digitali e tradizionali.
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di project manager o in ruoli simili all'interno di un'agenzia di marketing.

Retribuzione: CHF3’000.00 - CHF3’600.00 al mese
