Tasks
- Developing and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Cannabis industry trends and competing brands.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Generating new business leads and maintaining client relationships.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns on various social media channels.
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
- Coordinating all marketing events, including preparation of all materials.
- Adhering to all marketing regulations for Cannabis in each target market.
- Participate in the design, execution, and rollout of new products.
- Develop product specifications and sell sheets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
- A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
- At least two years' experience as a marketing manager.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Experience in Cannabis marketing, strongly preferred.
- Access to a vehicle and a valid Driver's license.
- Fluency in German AND English.
